Do you offer refunds?

All order can be refunded within 30 days, no questions asked. Contact our support team to issue a refund.

Where can I see my order status?

Easily track your order after purchase regardless of the shipping location. Download the Shop app to track all of your orders placed through Shopify.

When will my order arrive?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Normally, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order.

In addition, standard shipping may takes 7-9 days to arrived due to the pandemic.

Expedited shipping needs 5-7 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to continental Europe, North America, and Brazil via DHL.

I’m in remote area, can you ship my order?

Normally, we can ship to most of the countries and regions worldwide, but some individual places may be charged remote fees. If the zip code in the area can not be found on the express delivery system, we will not be able to ship it.

How long will I get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. A credit will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 7 business days.

How to track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your provided email or phone number once your package has been shipped our.

Can I use Po.box as the shipping address? Or billing address?

We don't accept PO.box(including FPO or APO) as the shipping address, because the Express(DHL/Fedex) can't delivery, we only accept the physical address as shipping address.However, you can use PO.box as billing address.

If I make a wrong order, can I exchange it?

If the item has not been made,you can send us the Email to service@distancejewelry.com . 

We will update or cancel the order for you before the delivery of the package. Please contact us ASAP if you have any question with your order.

Why did I failed to place the order?
