Return and cancellation policy
Here at Distancejewelry Outlet, we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates. If your item has arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately, Distancejewelry will arrange for replacement and cover the return postage. Return & Exchange Policy
New and unworn items can be returned to Distancejewelry within 90 days of purchase. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 50 percent restocking fee. Customer should be in charge of return postage fees.
The following reasons are covered by our 90-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.
(Distancejewelry is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees)
We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or poor-qualtiy products.
Paint is chipping, birthstone fall off, etc. (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) or equal or lesser value.)
The following reasons are covered by our 90-day LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.
(Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and replacement shipping fees. Distancejewelry does not refund any shipping fees.)
You chose the wrong size.
Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90-day Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your Distancejewelry product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged.
Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
Please note that in following situation,we will not process the refund and re-arrange shipment.Please make sure the info you gave us is right
1.If delivery fails due to your incorrect or incomplete address and tel information.
2.If parcel is returned or destroyed by carrier because you didn't pick up the parcel within the required time.
Cancellation Policy
The jewelry creation process starts very shortly as we are working to deliver your order ASAP, so that all cancellations requests after ordering may be subject to a 50 percent restocking fee.Distancejewelry reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
